Team Members

Johan has over 30 years of experience in life science, and is a partner at Simmons and Simmon in the Intellectual Property practice. Since his industry start in the late eighties he has been continuously involved in international patent litigation in various courts. He is also experienced in the commercial and strategic aspects of life science. Before joining Simmons and Simmons, Johan was in-house at a pharmaceutical international, managing partner at a renowned Dutch patent firm, entrepreneur and consultant in life sciences and partner in a large international law firm.
